they filed 2 weeks ago, Chapter 11 for reorganization...They are a REIT holding company built on nothing but acquisitions(Kentuckt Data Link, Paetec, etc)....go figure......the only foot print they have is Kentucky, the rest is sparse as can be. I worked for them for a few years and never understood how they stayed in business and have very few employees. Cavalier phone is a subsidary of them as well
