You can still use a sda5000 for optimization. The meter is easy to set up to send whatever carrier they want at what ever level. Just be sure to take out the 2 way splitter if you use one.
hit navigate, then transmitter diagnostics, then turn on the transmitter.
So easy a splicer can do it!
