In 30 years I never met a pole I wouldn't climb or met a challenge I wouldn't accept. I'm paid to do a job and do it correctly. My first boss in cable taught me to do every job like you would be the one fixing it at 3AM in the middle of an ice storm. I still approach all my jobs the same way today and try to instill that in everyone that works for/with me. There are still a lot of great people in this industry but they are being outnumbered by the hacks, want-a-be's, and bucket babies.
