You can get CPR training at any local Red Cross Facility or E Squad. As for Power Certification, check with the local Electric Utility Company in the town your working in. What certification are you wanting Class A-B. What are you doing, putting ADSS fiber in power space or maybe hanging Wirless DAmp device at top of pole. No matter what a piece of paper says...You gotta follow the rules....keep safe Power lines ain't like fiber/copper or Cable TV....Electricity goes to the closest ground...maybe thru you to get to it.
