I had my right knee replaced about 2 years ago. I recommend it if you are bone on bone!! It feels so much better now than the 5 years i just dealt with it.
I would NOT reccomend watching the you tube video's showing it before having it done cause the first day after is frickin HELL! it was the most painful surgery I have ever had! I wondered that day just why in the hell I did it to begin with!
My left knee will need done sometime in the future but until i absolutly have to have it done then Synvisk is my buddy! Go in once maybe twice a year and get a shot of "grease" in there and it feels a lot better!! Synvisk is a great alternitive to knee surgery and can put it off for years if kept up with!!
