I don't give a damn if it was 1980 or 2019...the pole line easements are still there, the traffic only got worst, the trees grew larger, the population increased, the pole per mile are still the same, the make ready is probably still the same along with more contacts on the pole, the size of the poles for ordering bolts are the same. What I'm trying to tell you is: facts about the system I would think you would want to know...if you have plans on going their...but I'm guessing... as an apprentice who knows it all....., you don't give a damn.
