fouled plugs usually is from burning oil [old rings , etc.] too rich carb settings or the heads need carbon removed , it builds up on all onans because they run slow [800 rpm only]. use the water methed or see foam or just remove the heads and clean them after removeing the sheet metal covers. i am not surprised no one can figure it out , onan's are not like standard gas motors and there are not many people left who know and understand them. good luck and be safe .
