Well your Dycom companies and CATV companies have pushed out the good boring crews for one's that barely call in locates and if you think they pot hole the utilities just watch the news for Gas & Water main damages. Our company uses a bid for most our jobs and we expect: Safety, Quality, and than Quanity in that order.
