I am using a one expert presently and work in house for a major MSO and find that this is the best meter I have ever used. It gives you a one screen color presentation of all data you need on either fwd or ret, ingress, sweep etc. compatable with other Acterna transmitters as mentioned. It has a tilt function in the return mode that lets you measure all upstream carriers present so you can get a pretty good idea of the return flatness even without return sweep hooked up. It is a bit pricey at apx 7000$ I heard but it makes my job a lot easier as I don’t have to guess at anything cause it’s all right there. There will be nothing you can’t answer with this meter!!!
