It doesn't help that all these new idiots consider themselves "fiber splicers" just because some clown showed them how to burn glass. They're really supposed to be a Fiber-Optic Technician, but if they can't troubleshoot WDM/Mux, SONET, Ring Topology, PROPERLY use/read an OTDR(not talking about auto-test lackies) handle a tray jump, matrix color shift, any/all enclosures, properly use storage, and the list goes on an on then they're no technician and DON'T KNOW JACK!
