the only THING that changes are people.. Once upon a time..."Lineman were a dime a dozen.. I think in today's world, there's no such thing. I'd change the Phrase to "Good Lineman are not a dime a dozen, those guys are few and far between! Being in the top 1 percent of lineman for many years is a difficult task at best!. How many GOOD lineman are left to teach the greenhorns the RIGHT WAY? Life gets in the way for many and it takes grit to want to learn this trade, not many real men any more.
I wear my Title of EXwife of a once great lineman, proudly, NOT Many can say that. Some people just give up, its a hard life.
I will see another grandbaby in March..I'm over the moon! #11 !
