We get an email each time we receive a private message. Regarding the company information, as a company ourselves, we have the same issue with other members. Over the last few weeks, we have only received a private message with no other information as to how to get ahold of the person, and most people have their private messaging turned off.
If you do receive an email from this site, you can reply directly to the email and the recipient will get it.
