Spectrum is self insured. They have local crews that perform extensions and maint., however they will not let them touch storm damage work. Spectrum rattled the sabres to get crews in there, then went silent. The initial prices were pathetic at best. I agree that they want to pay peanuts and will get monkeys and jack legs in the end. It costs them(MSO) nothing monitarily to have people in hotels. Once again CATV MSO's show their true colors. SMH....I stayed home
