If your looking to sub from the prime contractor...you won't be bidding on the work task...they will tell you what your going to get...most likely about 1/2 of what they get...while you do "ALL THE WORK".
If your looking to obtain a contract from the MSO-Altice, first make contact to see if they are even interested in handing out more contracts, if they are dis-satisfied with their existing contractor..you might have a shot.
My recommendation: start out subbing from the Prime contractor until you get back into the routine, get your equipment built up, get your insurance, get a bank to back you.
Just be safe: Microman good luck with it, fiber ain't like coax, you screw up a now splice 20,000 reel of fiber cable..you better have good insurance policy.
