I remember hearing a lot of contractors complaing about twc. Many where excited to have a new company take over. I had to remind them that the grass isn't alway greener on the other side.. they thought charter would be great for them. Its turned out to be the oposite. Now many can't wait for Charter to be bought.
When charter took over in the northern ny area, they went out and hired many new techs and bought new vans/trucks for them. this is one reason they could be in debt.. the amount of money it cost to put a new tech in a van has to well over 100k.. they need to bring back billable categories, whole house DVR, and keep the locators more tight...
