If spectrum wants to pay in penuts they will get monkeys. you're correct, no more bill able columns in the northern Ny market. I look at it as this if they want a 59 line replaced, or a drop that maybe hanging to low, but the levels are passing they can have a lazy inhouse tech replace/repair it. I will add an amp behind a tv. I give two shits at this point. 75 dollars to do a 5 box triple play thats inclucing hanging a drop and runing the lines with a hour to do it is out of control. Its funny how the Inhouse tech complain that contractors rush through jobs, well i would love for one of those cry babies to take one of our routes for a day. They wouldn't make to 10:00 until they had to buddy up or call there lead for help.
