No, I was there for 4 mos. Everyone got burned on that project in Puerto Rico, the turn over rate was unbelievable with linemen. Every week a new group of people. People weren't getting paid for weeks and came up real short when you did get paid. A lot of confusion, disorganization, and corruption. The 4 tele. cos. 1.Ciaro(Mexico) 2. Mastec (US) 3. Liberty (Puerto Rico), AT&T (US) they did Cell Towers. Basically, in that order from biggest to smallest in market share on the island. 32 Billion in FEMA $$$ given to the island. With another $60 Billion on the sideline to be given in installments to the island. Where did the $32 Billion go?
