This sounds like your a sub for a sub,Who is not floating thier payroll...
If that is the case, why are you working for a sub? If you have the means to wait the 60 days ,why arent you working for the prime?
This seems to happen when a sub contractor without funding claims to have personell,but only hires other subs, and THIS is not acceptable and a breach of thier contract..... This is not ok by any means...
