i dont really have no issues with Wiseconnect management. I work in NC, as I and R. The manager is in Florida. Any issues I have with the contract's (CenturyLink) manager, I usually refer it to the guys in Florida to handle it with him. Wiseconnect management to me, so far, has been helpful. understanding, but they still have their job to do. If the contract's manager has an issue with me, he will let the Wiseconnect manager know, and they will relay to me. Ive worked 3 different markets so far with Wiseconnect. I havent really had any issues with management. Anything Ive needed, they came thru for me so far.
