We saw it change in right in front of Us. There was always a few of Us that had the passion, the drive, and the need to get it done. And slowly We saw those come into the industry who couldn't, wouldn't do the tasks at hand and perform the the project at hand. So We became the Hard Heads, the Hard Ass's. The Industry took what they could get. Funny I read an ad. Employer was supplying Hooks, belt, and hand tools. Last I knew We called that a Grunt!
And yet We took the few who had the passion like Us and helped them along.
We are now the "Old School ". Help lead, set the example. Remember Always be Safe above All. Take care of each other out on the Line!!!!
