If the MSO's really wanted to set a fair wage scale, then just put one of their in house guys out doing the work...and do a time study. You all know based on that, your pay scale should be doubled. These MSO's have """NO""" problem raising the monthly pay subscribr rate on the home end user's of America without any justification other than "We need more money"...While guess what, the workers out here in the field, they ones who make it really work...also need more money !!
