A collaborative letter would be a good place to start, it will need MANY signatures...if no response is offered, then it goes public on social media or other news platforms (if they are willing.) Maybe the public will find it odd that these companies are spending billions to acquire more customers, while the technician (from his menial income) is responsible for purchasing the hardware needed to supply services and generate revenue.
