It’s always been that way in this industry. Someone will always come in and work cheaper they think they can under bid everyone put them out of business then raise the prices. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way then there forces to rob the employees of there pay to cover it. The guy quits his replacement comes in and works harder cheaper and standards go down. If every single employee and contractor said enough and sat home for a month it might change for awhile. But the majority would never do that because of bills to pay and kids to feed and the big primes and mso know that.
