Spectrum spent the last two summers mapping all the rural parts of the state they have franchises in. 15,000 miles were mapped. Its been hell getting pole permits but they are under an agreement with the state utiltiy commission during negotiations acquire Time Warner to build all the rural service areas or face financial penalties from the same entity.
Upstate areas mostly but all rural, out of city across farms and thru the woods.
