I went for a interview here and they wanted to pay $10 per hour if you did under 12 points per hour and $12.50 per hour if you did over 12 points per hour.  I tell ya, for a guy that has many years in the field, that was a smack to the face.  I can pretty much tell ya i wont be getting that job.
