Hi guys it works both ways.
When we put ads on the bar and people call and ask us for prices we ask for a resume and 3 business reference of people they have worked for. They still get all bent out of shape. We didn't check reference until we got burned this year by some aerial crews that had signed contracts showed up, looked at the work and said it was _______ and left. So it what this is showing us is everyone wants the easy jobs everyone has become bucket babies and no one wants to climb poles.
So its fair play what goes around comes around.
