Yes one day a wireless connection maya ctualy compete with Docsis 3.1 or FTTH  I'll wait and see. Wirless has beena round for how long now?  Oh I remember ahving to hook back up over 1000 subs who went away from us becasue wireless cable tv came to the south burbs of chicaco and it was cheaper and the best thign since sliced bread.  First high wind day and a little rain the problems started  Seems our higher priced service was worth it.  Funny thign is we charged for the reconnect.  Yes wirless 5g may be a real threat this servie wich is Sat delivered will still be low bandwidth as in less than 5 meg.  Specs for latency are not good.  They will garner subscribers anothe rpiece fo the pie gone.
