Our biggest problem a lineman who has been to lineman school can get a job with just about any company. Cable companies want to pay for work like we are in 1980's and prices are even dropping with some companies so they won't stay. why work at a place that won't pay you will what your worth. The cost for us to do the work is going up and I don't understand why these companies think we can work cheaper.
