This is just one story, but it still makes me laugh.  I worked with a kid straight out of lineman school about 15 years ago.  He was about 20 years old and thought that he ruled the world.  He told me that he had climbed more poles than I had driven by.  A couple weeks into things, he cut the incorrect 200 pair lead pulp cable on a wreckout project and it landed on the hood of a car.  That helped to humble him, but not nearly enough.
If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Quit being part of the problem!
