Start by getting on the bid list. You may need to move districts if you have a no compete clause in your contract. Have your inspector help you with the ins and out at ATT, If he likes you and your work; he should get you to the right person. Now you will never get any work that the master gets such as the day to day work but any job over $50k goes to bid; at least in our district.
