that sounds like the 2700 we placed up the mountain .75 lbs per inch 680' per reel borrowed blocks from peco and lashed with a super G. we used a ratchet strap to lift the cable at the pole just to put the spacer and stainless steel cable suport on. that was no fiber fairy work.
