I've had to turn down a lot work for not paying what it is worth. Most primes know that they are putting it out there for a low price and most understand if you tell them no. It will remain a big secret whether it's the Prime taking too much off the top or the system is handing it to the prime too low to start with. The biggest thing is, don't make a promise you can't keep. These days everyone wants Caddilac work at a Yugo price. If it seems too god to be true, it probably is.
