My question is why would you want to go with the prices the way they are when you could stay in the states get on a Comcast project and make 150 to $200 an hour production based where you know what the working conditions are and the living conditions? Going to Puerto Rico is rolling the dice from what I'm reading living conditions are atrocious the work is sporadic and the best pay I've seen is $100 an hour why would you want to do that?
