Re: as a sub contractor

I think there will always be subs, especially since I've never met an employee that will work the way a sub will. As far as 6-7 days a week, when we are on the job we ask what the primes limits are and what the due date is. What gets annoying is the engineer calling 4 times a week asking when you're going to be done! And we all know they want to look like the heroes, riding on our backs as we make the changes that make sense and they take the credit.
