Look here guys:  You all worried about not getting paid, the first time you are not paid, go to the cable MSO and tell them your going to file a lien on them.  You got 45 to get it done. The last thing a MSO wants is a Prime Contractor who is not paying the laborers.  Better make sure you got a firm contract with the prime spelling out how you "Was" to get paid.
Don't worry about not getting any more work from the Prime..hell if they ain't paying you on time..who the hell would work for them.  All I know about Knight is that they have been around for some years.  I'm talking about any Prime who does not pay on time.   Get R Done.
