One hour time frames have been going for a couple years now, this is nothing new.
As for doing away with contractors, I've been hearing that for 20 years now so again nothing new. ( If I'm lucky enough to live another 20 years I'm sure I'll be seeing that same question posted on here )
New contract rolled out that is now all in one pricing, yes thats new. Good and bad just like anything else. Depends on areas you work in and if your employee based company or 1099.
