I dont here anyone confirming the inhouse techs story . With all the bullshit these big corporations make you go thru to get a job these days it would take charter ten years to hire enough techs to replace the contractors . Has anyone seen any adds for techs for spectrum anywhere?
One hour time frames is idiocy . It might work if your route was on the same road and all you had to do was box swaps
As contractors self employed you can turn down work if you dont want the job you are not an hourly employee .
