The GREED factor is stronger than safety, consideration, quality and decency anymore unfortunately with many contractors. You would think that the lessor quality contractors would NOT get the work, however, greed has no conscience at all levels........When I ran my operation years ago I always said, "I'd rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies".
