FTTH..I bid one back in 1995, believe it or not...a 40 mile system in the middle of WVA. Mid 80's miles and miles and miles of fiber in College-Campus, Steel Mills, Coal Mines, Hospitals, Prisons, Auto Plants, ADSS for electrical companies, LAN-MAN-City Street Light Feeds, Looped Cities, point to point, fiber to the curb. Early 80's long haul fiber along railroads. Fiber is nothing new and hell of lot better than F..ing w/coax. Just keep safe in all you do.
