Sin is probably behind the genetic defects handed down from incestuous parents and siblings. I remember when I was a boy a friend of mines dog had puppys. I went back the next week to see my friend and asked where were the puppys. He told me that all the dogs were born with all kinds of deformities and his father drown them. The father dog had inpregnated his daughter. They knew this because we lived in a small Texas town of just a few hundred people and they were the only purebreed Pekingese dogs in the area. In the eighteen hundreds here in America illegitimate children that were born of inbred parents were locked in basements or sent away to sanitariums. Some were killed because of mental and physical defects and the shame that would be brought upon the family. There is a reason for 'Thout shall not do thy sister'.
