1.) Splicing fiber in a tent can be done very cleanly, if you take the time to do it right. Not my preferred method, but can be done when needed.
2.) If this is new build, won't most drops be placed at the same time?
3.) If you are concerned with payment per splice, the price should be adjusted to reflect. Standard per splice pricing will not work well.
4.) Midsheathing flat drops will work fine if you have the proper flat drop access tools. See Jonard tools selection.
5.)All maintenance costs are high and you always have to wait for locates. Take the locate time to make fun of the guy in the backhoe that has the worried look on this face!
