Yes i know it is way to much to ask for , for every body to stand and say enough is enough.. They all say they are going to do some thing when its time to do it there are so many excuses... Such as my toe hurts ohh my back hurts or im pregnant
( when your a male ) like to see that happen one excuse after another...

Yes i know too many that will stabb you in the back for a penny and all nice to your face..

I agree when inhouse can not do it they send it to the contractors and they get it done like alwas has been.. Never fails.. 

One thing i have found is if it does work they you got all kinds of friends coming out of the wood works saying yea man WE did it WE did it and that person was never around and also talking shit about you
