Honestly? Go for it. Steady, dependable income with no chasing involved. Paid sick days/holidays/personal days. Full gammet of health and life insurance.
Hard to adapt at the beginning, but easy enough after you get used to the smaller checks (taxes taken out), but steadier checks, and forced breaks and lunches (no working through them) andlife will be good. Hours that are stable and consistent are very welcome if you have a family.
Life will be good when inhouse as long as you stick with it. That is the key to inhouse success. It isn't like contracting...at all.
