Re:splicers looking for work in NY

Is this Chuck Wilson that was on the Elmira job . If so this is Jimbo .Jackie and I are still in Florida and are looking on going up to Upstate area next month and haven't gotten work lined up yet any info would be cool . >3 very good splicers need to find a good home in upstate New YORK
