But they continue to work and still get paid usually the same money as a PRO . Maybe someone should train them before they put a coring tool in their hand.The ones that never did LINEWORK (become a splicer & bucket-baby first) need to go back and start at the beginning. We VETERANS have worked really hard to get where we are at. I know you can get these guys cheaper (therefore, DRIVING ALL PRICES DOWN TO DIRT).But all and all in the end you will see YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! No matter how any other splicer cheats , I STILL DO IT BY THE BOOK .
