It is prefered by most who have tried it. No unpacking/repacking, no bugs your room is as clean as you want it, always. The longer you stay the cheaper it gets. You are only a short distance from your work. In rural areas finding an even so so hotel/motel can be a problem. You control the comfort of the mattress on your bed. You can have a mini office and best of all your own kitchen
