Yea I just moved to Houston and am getting the bad news as well, so anybody thinking you'll make a ton of money in Texas (or any state) think again! Texas market sucks! And with Charter in DFW that area isn't much better...who wants to do a triple play 4 room for the same price as a triple play with 1 room
