Star Tek Workforce Solutions

Does anyone know anything about this company?  They do a lot of advertising on this site looking for techs.  Are they ligit?  $1500 to $2000 a week for triple play installs? Really, who actually makes that?
Sounds to good to be true and scammy.  Anyone?
