Its not the contractor we work for. They do not wan to have to deal with emails and phone calls and techs in the field until 8pm. The go backs are also not for customers not home, they are for jobs that were completed and the shitty equip they provide us fails. How do I know? I recieve those emails as well. Spectrum is nickling and diming us worst than TWC did. Spectrum is one way.
