Re: Tom's Cable, good or bad?

This seems to be par for the course from everthing I am hearing.  I have heard a ton of complaints, and all of them seem to be related to the office.  More than once I have heard of Tom's insisting on techs burying drops, and even boring roads without utility locates.  Not only is this unethical, it is downright ILLEGAL!  I appreciate the feedback greatly, and think I will steer clear of Tom's.  I have heard that Charter isn't happy with them, so hopefully a decent contractor will get a chance to step in, who will actually work WITH the techs in the field, rather than AGAINST them!
